Nomination materials<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nomination materials consist of the application document<\/strong> <\/em>and two letters of recommendation<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

For the application document<\/strong><\/em>, please submit as a single PDF:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A two-page research plan written by the applicant including:\n
      \n
    1. Prior Research Experience,<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Project Suitability for the Applicant’s Background,<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. How the Project Fits with the CoEvoD Theme,<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Any Pertinent Notes on Academic Performance,<\/li>\n
    5. One-sentence descriptions of:\n
        \n
      1. Major goal of the project<\/li>\n
      2. Approaches \/ methods used in the project<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Statement that both candidate and mentor support the nomination,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. A complete list of the nominee\u2019s research experiences including any publications and presentations\n
          \n
        1. Paragraph of research project with list of outcomes underneath is appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts<\/li>\n
        3. NIH Biosketch of the trainee<\/li>\n
        4. NIH Biosketch of the advisor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The nomination may be submitted by either the candidate or the CoEvoD preceptor but will
          \nrequire the cover letter to indicate that both the candidate and their mentor approved of this
          \nnomination.<\/p>\n
