Known聽internationally for the聽Godzilla聽film series and the聽Mighty Morphin Power聽Rangers聽franchise, the聽Tokusatsu聽mode of science fiction filmmaking has a deep and rich history in Japan. This聽fireside chat will explore the world of聽Tokusatsu,聽its聽imaginative monsters and colorful superheroes and the way in聽which they provide insight into Japanese history and culture.
