Being a Good Neighbor

¹ú²úÔ´´ is committed to respecting and supporting the quality of life in the neighborhoods that border our campus. We strive to assist our neighbors in resolving issues that impact quality of life.

We will work with you on student-related challenges, noise disturbances, construction concerns, grounds issues, and more. For assistance please contact our Neighborhood and County Liason, Lynn Maddox.

If an issue arises after normal business hours and requires an immediate response, please call the ¹ú²úÔ´´ Police Department at  615-322-2754.

When necessary, we work closely with the Dean of Students, Housing and Residential Experience, Student Accountability, Facilities, and other university departments to help resolve any challenges.

More neighbor resources can be found on the Student Affairs website.

Campus Construction

With many construction projects underway, ¹ú²úÔ´´ strives to keep the campus community updated on impacts to pedestrian pathways, bicycle routes, and parking.

To view active construction projects on campus, visit our current construction map complete with pedestrian and vehicle detours.

Follow ¹ú²úÔ´´ Local on social media for updates on road closures, construction impacting neighborhoods, and more.

Want to know what’s happening on and around campus? We bring you a monthly roundup of upcoming public events—concerts, lectures, exhibits, family activities and more—designed to connect you with our campus and community.

Thank you to our neighborhood partners!
