The Village at ¹ú²úÔ´´ is located adjacent to the Peabody campus and the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons.
The Village at ¹ú²úÔ´´ South Tower is comprised of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments for two, four, and six students, respectively.
Three-bedroom apartments house six students, and consist of three double bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two bathrooms, and a deck. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned.
Two-bedroom apartments house four students, and consist of two double bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two bathrooms, and a deck. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned.
One-bedroom apartments will house two students, and consist of one double bedroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom, and a deck. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned.
Beginning in the fall 2026 semester, three-bedroom apartments will house four students – two students in a shared double bedroom and two students in single bedrooms.
