Program Overview

Leadership Redefined is ¹ú²úÔ­´´â€™s premier development program for senior leaders, sponsored by the Chancellor. Grounded in the university’s bold vision and culture, the program challenges participants to explore, shape, and redefine what leadership means in a complex, rapidly changing environment. More than a training, it is an ongoing process of sense-making, radical collaboration, and principled action, preparing ¹ú²úÔ­´´â€™s leaders to move with clarity, agility, and conviction in service of the institution’s ambition to define the great research university for the 21st century.

Participants will engage in six high-impact leadership modules, guided by university and industry experts. They’ll complete a capstone innovation project, receive three personalized coaching sessions, and participate in weekly synthesis sessions to apply learning and build community.Ìý

Capstone Experience

Each pod will deliver a concise, strategic 5-minute capstone pitch that identifies a critical challenge or opportunity for the university and demonstrates a comprehensive solution informed by all six program modules. The pitch should clearly articulate:

  • The identified challenge or opportunity and why it is strategically significant to the university’s future.

  • Connection to ¹ú²úÔ­´´â€™s strategic priorities, highlighting institutional impact and relevance.

  • An integrated solution approach, leveraging insights from all six modules across people, processes, and technology, including any innovative elements.

  • Implementation strategy, outlining key steps, ownership, and realistic timelines.

  • Measurable outcomes and success metrics, demonstrating clear value and impact.

  • A sustainability plan, ensuring long-term viability, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement.


Completing Leadership Redefined

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate from the Leadership Redefined ¹ú²úÔ­´´ Premier Leadership Program.
