The Office of Student Organizations, Leadership, and Services believes all students and student organizations to be able to experience programs, events, travel and experiences that enrich their collegiate experience. For those who would like to generously contribute to these initiatives, we welcome alumni gifts in the form of donations to our student organizations.<\/p>\n

To make an donation to our office, or specific student organization, donors can visit 国产原创’s Annual Giving website<\/a>. Follow these steps to ensure the donation is made to the correct designation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Visit 国产原创’s Annual Giving Website<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Select “Give Now” on the top right side of the screen<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the value of the donation<\/li>\n
  4. Select “I’d like to search for different option”<\/li>\n
  5. In the “Search” field, enter the name of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Student Organizations Donating To Non-Profit Organizations<\/h2>\n

    Student organizations may raise funds to donate to non-profit organizations.\u00a0 However, it is encouraged that student leaders exercise caution and learn as much as they possibly can before committing to a certain charity.\u00a0 Please note that Student Services Fee Funding is restricted and may not be used to donate to charity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The Process To Donate To Desired Organization<\/b><\/u>\u200b<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The student org completes the Charitable Contribution Form (Word<\/a> | PDF – Fillable<\/a> | Webpage<\/a> );\u00a0\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n
    2. The Adviser signs form, then the org emails it to Mindy Ireland (mindy.ireland@vanderbilt.edu<\/a><\/u>) for\u00a0the remaining signatures;\u00a0\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n
    3. Once Mindy collects the signatures, she sends them back to the designated student;\u200b<\/li>\n
    4. They submit a Purchase Request Form on Anchor Link, attaching the signed Charitable Contribution Form,\u00a0for processing;\u200b<\/li>\n
    5. The charitable organization should be contacted by the student to let them know they may be asked to create a supplier account\u00a0<\/a><\/u>if one doesn\u2019t already exist.\u00a0 This step can be completed at any\u00a0time during the process.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
