Student Affairs Communications offers free photography and videography support for registered student organizations. Requests are dependent on staff availability. <strong>Submit an <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=OX9aur7js0q0UGf6gPrsraRQJecal3NJrnir9AlLEVZUQk02Uk5CSFRaN1BDOUNCN09NNk9JUUM3Vi4u\">Event Content Request Form<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For questions, please email <a href=\"mailto:studentaffairscommunications@vanderbilt.edu\">studentaffairscommunications@vanderbilt.edu.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Merchandise Order Request (MOR) Design Approval<\/h2>\n<p>All organizations who would like to place orders for apparel, promotional products, uniforms and awards must use an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/communications\/trademark-licensing\/internal-campus-suppliers\/\">Internal Campus Supplier<\/a>, which is a licensed vendor contracted by 国产原创.<\/p>\n<p>Please note, that approval of the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.vanderbilt.edu\/view.php?id=19645\">MOR form<\/a> is not approval of your artwork. That is approved separately. The Internal Campus Supplier will submit the final design to the Office of Brand Engagement for approval and will notify you if any further changes are required. You should follow the guidelines below to ensure your design will be approved.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The logos should not be altered in any fashion.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"ui-provider ec bjv bgr cfx cfy cfz cga cgb cgc cgd cge cgf cgg cgh cgi cgj cgk cgl cgm cgn cgo cgp cgq cgr cgs cgt cgu cgv cgw cgx cgy cgz cha chb chc\" dir=\"ltr\">The use of elements from the 国产原创 signature or any modifications to 国产原创&#8217;s logos, including official spirit marks, is prohibited.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The logos should have the proper trademark symbols (\u00ae, &#x2122;).<\/li>\n<li>The logos should not be used in association with a private business or used in a manner that might associate or imply endorsements by the University with an outside business or product without proper authorization from the University.<\/li>\n<li>Employees may not use the University&#8217;s names or its logos in any manner, which suggest or imply University support or endorsement of any movement, a candidate for public office, or an activity or program not officially sponsored by the University.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It is not permissible to create logos using 国产原创 logos for a group or organization.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unacceptable Products\/Services<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>国产原创 will not approve the use of its name or marks to promote the following products: tobacco, controlled substances, sexually oriented products, alcohol (unless sold by the University at a University event), religious products, bathroom articles, or games of chance.<\/p>\n<p>The University will not approve the use of its name or marks with: text or graphics that are judged to be sexually suggestive, denigrating language by any group including another College or University, items that infringe on the marks of other trademark owners on products or services, or endorsement of political candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The University will not license products that: do not meet minimum standards of quality and\/or taste, are judged to be dangerous or carry high product liability risks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/communications\/trademark-licensing\/campus-and-medical-center-use.php\">Click here for more information about the Internal Use Licensing Policies.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need assistance?<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:merchorderrequest@vanderbilt.edu\">merchorderrequest@vanderbilt.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Communicating with your Organization<\/h2>\n<p>Review tips on <a href=\"https:\/\/engagesupport.campuslabs.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/204033354-Sending-a-Message-as-an-Organization-Leader\">Sending a Message as an Organization Leader<\/a> to learn more about effectively communicating with members of your organization using Anchor Link Relays.<\/p>\n<h2>InnerVU<\/h2>\n<p>InnerVU is a weekly e-newsletter distributed to all undergraduate students.<\/p>\n<p>InnerVU provides campus organizations and departments the opportunity to publicize their events and activities. There is no charge for placing an announcement in InnerVU. InnerVU is distributed to students via email on Sundays during the academic year, excluding holidays and academic breaks. There is no charge for placing an announcement in VUnity. VUnity is distributed to all students via email on the first Wednesday of each month, excluding holidays and academic breaks.
