For any questions about the University\u2019s alcohol policies or to schedule Host Responsibility Training, contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/healthydores\/host-responsibility-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Center for Student Wellbeing.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#TOP\">Back to Top<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Use of 国产原创 Name or Trademarks on T-shirts and Other Promotional Items<\/h2>\n<p>Please read through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/studenthandbook.vanderbilt.edu\/administrative-policies#899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Use of University Trademarks<\/a> for more information about usage of 国产原创&#8217;s trademarks by student organizations.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/licensing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Brand Engagement and Governance<\/strong>: <\/a>Student organizations wishing to use 国产原创\u2019s marks on t-shirts or other giveaways must follow the University\u2019s Trademark Licensing Policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0 T-shirts and other promotional items cannot be ordered with a 国产原创 \u201cP-card or One Card&#8221;.\u00a0 <u>The steps below must be followed<\/u>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill-out the on-line\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.vanderbilt.edu\/view.php?id=19645\">Merchandise Request Form<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(<em>this will require that you have your design ready<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>Decide which licensed supplier (<strong>using an<\/strong> <strong>approved vendor is required<\/strong>) you are going to use. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/communications\/trademark-licensing\/internal-campus-suppliers.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to review the current list of approved vendors<\/strong><\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Finalize shirt type, sizes and design with supplier;<\/li>\n<li>Have the supplier provide a quote with the <strong>Merchandise Order Request Number (MOR#)<\/strong>\u00a0on it via email;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send the quote to your adviser first;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Allow the adviser to identify available resources for assistance with Oracle ordering (to create a purchase requisition in the 国产原创 Oracle system). The MOR#\u00a0given by the Trademark Office must be entered on the Oracle requisition in a comment box;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ui-provider eo cet ceu cev cew cex cey cez cfa cfb cfc cfd cfe cff cfg cfh cfi cfj cfk cfl cfm cfn cfo cfp cfq cfr cfs cft cfu cfv cfw cfx cfy cfz cga\" dir=\"ltr\">Student organizations submit a purchase request via Anchor Link, a coordinator in finance will submit the requisition in oracle;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The vendor can then process the order and send an invoice for payment to 国产原创\u2019s Disbursement Department.
