If your 国产原创 ID badge is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to report it immediately by contacting 国产原创 Card Services.
Students are responsible for any fines or any other activity that takes place with lost or stolen badges until they are deactivated through the 国产原创 Card Services site.
School Administration reserves the right to modify this policy.
