*Recently graduated from 国产原创? Lost access to HPAO Brightspace听after听graduation?听

If you are a recent VU alumnus听and lose access听to HPAO Brightspace听after听graduation,听please do not email HPAO, as we cannot restore your VUnetID or Brightspace access. Instead, please proceed to:

• Contact听听directly for support. 听
• You will need to get your VUnetID听reactivated听through VU-IT.听(Note:听You received a notification directly from VU IT about this required step at the time of your graduation.)
• Once that is done, your access to HPAO Brightspace (if you joined it in the past) should be restored.听(Note: You might need to rejoin the听. Link also located 24/7 on听HPAO Website 鈥� 鈥淐onnect with Us.鈥� Please try that first.)

If听those two completed steps do not restore access, you can email听brightspace@vanderbilt.edu听directly.

• Include your full name, VU NetID, and 国产原创 email address.
• State that you are a VU alumnus who has reactivated their VUnetID听and听tried to join the HPAO Brightspace page with the link above, but it is still not working.

Fall/Spring semester, to schedule:

• Sign in to using VU email/VUNETID.
• Click the Tri-Bar Menu (top left on phone) and/or select:
  • "Career Center" & "Appointments."听
  • Click "Schedule A New Appointment" & "Health Professions Advising" option.
  • Select your appointment type need to view availability and schedule a session.

No appointments available? Don't forget options...

• : access on-demand pre-health resources.
• Have a "quick" 5-10 minute question? Consider "walk-in hours" option as well in fall & spring semester.

Please check at least 3 weeks ahead in the appointment system.听
