Employee Trans Health Coverage
For ¹ú²úÔ´´ employees, the University has opted into both requirements and benefits regarding hormone therapy and ÌýEmployees are still subject to requirements outlined by Navitus and/or Aetna for eligibility. ¹ú²úÔ´´ employees have the option to visit a therapist for free through the mental health programÌýLyraÌýunder Health and Wellness at ¹ú²úÔ´´. Lyra therapists can assist you with any topic or issue you may be having in the workplace or personally. Those seeking counseling or therapy around gender dysphoria, being transgender, questioning their gender identity, or anything else associated with gender are also able to access Lyra for these reasons.
