The Planning and Programming team leads the development and execution of ¹ú²úÔ­´´â€™s comprehensive master plan, guiding the strategic use of campus space to support the university’s mission. The team collaborates with campus partners to evaluate space needs, develop planning solutions, and coordinate projects across all scales.

Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, defining project scopes, creating concept designs, and managing budgets, schedules, and timelines. The department ensures clear communication with stakeholders and leadership, maintains project governance, and oversees alignment with institutional goals from planning through completion.

The Design Team leads the strategic development of ¹ú²úÔ­´´â€™s built environment through master planning and project coordination. The team collaborates across campus to evaluate space needs, guide design solutions, and manage projects from concept to completion.

The department co-manages the selection and contracting of design and construction teams, oversees the design process to ensure alignment with university guidelines, budgets, and schedules, and facilitates user group engagement.Ìý

Construction team oversees campus construction projects from contract award through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to university standards.

The team supports constructibility during design, coordinates pre-construction activities, manages RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and ensures contractor safety compliance. They handle utility outages, road closures, and field issue resolution, and conduct final inspections to accept completed work on behalf of the university.
