In Fall 2025, USAC leadership, with help from the Membership Committee, started the reapportionment process to ensure that USAC elected members represented the ¹ú²úÔ´´ staff appropriately, as stated in the USAC bylaws.Ìý

Why Reapportionment?
- The USAC bylaws state that reapportionment planning must begin in years ending with 0 and 5.Ìý
- USAC must have one representative for every 35 university staff members in which the council serves.

- Shifts in staff levels around the university
- Re-alignment of units and divisions
- Creation of new units and divisions
